How the fuck did this guy get bail? This is the sort of creep that ruins multiple lives while our 'justice' system fools around with probation/monitoring, etc. As for those who clamor for our system to do its job, we have video evidence- what more do we need? He doesn't need treatment, he needs a bullet.
