The Rays rely on quality pitching to get them their wins and today's starting pitcher Matt Moore has not been too good at giving them that this season. Toronto is not a team that struggles to put runs on the board so they should do just fine against Moore in this one and give their pitching staff plenty of run support to work with. I just don't see the Rays being able to get enough scoring here to get the W so I will gladly take the Blue Jays as a nice little underdog here.
