I think Ozzie is a more then capable manager but I also believe he needs some anger management help. Ultimately, lack of control will effect decision making and can lead to the loss of his job. Has happened already, but he is respected enough that the Marlins picked him up and I suspect other owners would as well because he creates winning teams. As to what makes him tick, I have no clue. Just another person who has his share of issues, as do we all.
