i feel so good for santana,he is a class guy and after shoulder surgery last season he really deserves this.i can't believe it has taken so long in mets history to get a no hitter,i mean seaver,koosman,gentry,gooden,darling,cone,etc and it finally happens with johan santana getting it.congrats to him
Well gyno, they just can not hit. They are playing with a Triple A team. I have watched every game this year and they do not have anybody that can hit the ball
I really think that Billy Beane has let this Money Ball thing go to his head. He lets Sweeney and Willingham go. Sweeney is batting .313 for the Red Sox and Willingham beat them earlier in the week all 3 games. Willingham led the team last year with 29 homers and he lets him go.
He lets Gio Gonzalez go and now he 7-1 .204 for the Nats. That trade really pissed me off.
A's are dead last in hitting with a .214 team average. WTF
Leading hitters are Reddick .266. Weeks .215 and Suzuki .208. Just pathetic.
