Want to go to the C's/Heat tonight, should be a great game and I'd rather go to this game than any of the C's middle 3 final games vs OKC for sure.

Anyone have any advice on the best way to get tickets cheaper? I'd imagine given the circumstances (closeout game vs the most polarizing team in american sports history) that tix will be tough to come by and if they are a little too ridiculous I probably won't go.

I've done craigslist and ebay with good success meeting up locally somewhere public. Mostly for lesser games as the risk of getting ripped off is much less.

But some bigger games (all relative) for Huskers football also been fine. And since the game is tonight, should be able to get them last minute for a decent price

If you are not too far from the place and are willing to wait like within an hour from Game time. Stub Hub is the place.
As you get closer to game time, the prices drop like a bird from the sky....
Not saying this event will be easy, but sometimes you get tickets below Face
That's with normal ball games, Playoffs might not happen that way... but like I said
If someone lives very close, and can wait as late as possible... some Great Buys on there. ( Nobody wants to Eat a Ticket )

How close you talking? I almost feel like the smart move would be to maybe wait so long you might miss the 1st Quarter or so. Although I'd imagine demand owns supply for a game like this, we'll see...

Just stopped back in....

Probably Best Bet... Go to the Garden if you have a smart phone and you can download some of these tickets right from there.

Here is what's current http://www.stubhub.com/boston-celti...on-celtics-boston-td-garden-6-7-2012-4048215/

Guess you have nothing to lose since you have to go there anyway

I'd take ~$300 and walk around outside.

I used to go to Vegas and walk around the Thomas + Mack centre before a few Holyfield fights. I was prepared not to get in, but did get in every time. Best deal was a face $1500 ticket for $200. I did miss the Michael Buffer intro, but listening to him was not worth the $1300 difference.

Look for crunch time value, guaranteed to occur after the anthem.

If you want the best value, 10 minutes after the words "home of the brave" fits best. Pick your spot, but be prepared not to go, although you will be heavily favored to watch the bulk of it.
