I remember it was the fashion for grade schoolers back in the 80s, but as grown men they just look stupid, but then again Wade wore pink pants the other day.

Wearing the long black socks with shorts is also a new look I don't get. My nephew does it, and I've seen some of the younger guys in college basket ball doing it now.

Its just the NBA. They need stuff like this to gain a new viewer base. Look at the NFL, most of those guys dress very classy for the post game interviews. Maybe the organization makes them, but it is a nice look to see Ray Lewis up at the mic with a coat and tie.

Right now my town is so excited for the OKC Thunder that these players could do anything outside of murder and people wouldn't care. These guys are rockstars around here. They could dress like Elton John and nobody would care as long as they keep winning.
