Erin Moran Living In Trailer Park: 'Happy Days' Star Evicted From California Home

"Happy Days" star Erin Moran may not be singing the theme song to the '70s sitcom anymore. Moran -- who played Joanie Cunningham -- is currently living in a trailer park.

According to the National Enquirer, Moran was evicted from her California home, forcing her to move into a trailer park in New Salisbury, Indiana.

In 2008, Moran appeared on "Celebrity Fit Club," but has landed few solid acting gigs since her "Happy Days" heyday. In 1982, the now 51-year-old actress earned a "Happy Days" spinoff, "Joanie Loves Chachi," followed by several small walk-on roles in series like "The Love Boat" and "Murder, She Wrote."

Moran is currently sharing her new, downsized living quarters with her husband, Steve Fleischmann, and his mother. But despite her new reality, Moran is reportedly in high spirits, making appearances at local bars -- although few recognize the '70s and '80s sitcom star.

But Moran may have some money coming her way soon. A judge recently ruled that Moran and her "Happy Days" co-stars, Anson Williams, Marion Ross and Don Most, will be permitted to go to court, in attempts to regain royalties for sales of "Happy Days" DVD sets. CBS Studios and Paramount Pictures originally tried to dismiss their claims, saying that all of the actors had previously been paid what they were owed.

The group's unpaid royalties are worth roughly $250,000 to $500,000.

Geesh...you'd think she could do lifetime movies or TBS or other cable network shows/movies. Just bit parts to stay employed. Wow...must have a shitty agent...

They showed the Florida home of Davy Jones of the Monkees after he died. It also looked like a converted trailer. But he admited in an interview that he made some bad investments over the years. I don't know what happened to Erin Moran. I can't imagine a gorgeous chick like that not getting any acting work (wink wink).

Fuck her. Part of being smart in life is knowing how to live within your means. If she was too stupid, fuck her.

Just got into an argument with a friend of mine who wanted to borrow money. It isn't like he has been out of work either. I understand circumstances arise in life, but in the 70's she made enough money to set herself up well.

I thought she was attractive on HD. She may have not made all that much money from HD ?

It seems she only had one minor role in 1998 from 1986 to 2008...

As American's we are doomed. We put these TV,Motion Picture,Music people on such pedestals. It is unbelievable. This woman was on a TV show 30 some odd years ago for a few years and they still look up to them. I am sure she conjured up some publicist to put this out there, so she would get donations, and I am sure some ding dongs are rushing to the post office to send her money.
