You walk into Congress with that stupid smirk on your face and wanting to let us all know you didn't do sterioids... Now you have the chance to clear all of this up and you don't testify..... What a loser !!!!

Not sure which way the jury will go, but my mind hasn't changed.......... Just because you have millions , doesn't mean we want to hear you come back into baseball and lie to us

Sorry Roger your guilty !!

RE,

I agree, he is guilty, but would do we as society gain by all of this or even him getting sentenced to Jail. The only argument I make in favor of jail is you can't lie to Congress or in Court.

Why should he testify? He has everything to lose and nothing to gain.

In cases like this, the jury wants to hear the defendant say "I didn't do it."

But, that is probably a lie.

He kept running his mouth telling anyone who would listen he has never done steroids.. Now you have your chance to set the record straight and you don't testify... maybe he should have just kept his mouth shut to begin with... Just don't tell us you didn't do steroids if your not willing to back it up is all I'm saying

To me it didn't look good when his wife admitted she used HGH. I doubt he let whats his name inject his wife without him watching.

he was the victim of a political witch-hunt which should have never even taken place. Congressional hearings about baseball?

If I were Dubya, I would have granted immunity to each and every baseball player and tell Congress get back to work on something that matters

Well said!

He should still have to pay a price for his actions. That price is no hall of fame for you!
