The black fan at the OKC games. I have seen him on TV a couple of times. ESPN should do a story on him. I don't think he has achieved Jackie Robinson status yet but it's close. Seriously, OKC looks like the stands at an NHL game. I know there has to be more than one black fan at OKC games maybe the cameras just haven't found him yet. I guess it's because it's the Finals and the high price barrier for tickets. Still this isn't the Super Bowl where the stands are filled with corporate America. I guess if your a player you just say "Hell", I'm getting paid and I'll just spend my free time at the Tastee Freez and wolf down a corn dog.
Why, it doesn't strike you unusual that a sport played predominantly by black athletes that are role models for the black community and the entire stands are filled with only white fans. I realize the demographics of OKC but I don't think I have ever seen an NBA game which had virtually no black fans in the stands.
