Im an honest person but I when I was around 12 I use to scam this rich kid that lived in my neighborhood.

I used to collect baseball cards.
I bought them by the wax box. They had 36 packs in each box.
They retailed for about 50 cents a pack.

This kid had almost an unlimited allowance.

I would go buy these boxes of baseball cards and open up the packs.

I would pull all the good cards out the packs and keep them for myself then replace the good cards with bad cards. Glue the packs back together and sell them to my neighbor friend for 40 cents a pack.

I would then take his money and a little bit more and buy new boxes and do this over and over again.

I must of done this 50 times.

Now I because of that scam I have about 500 useless Barry Bonds and Jose Canceco rookie cards.

I feel guilty about this every once in a while.

Too late.
Your key words just triggered the entire NSA computer anti-terrorism database.

When I was about 17, I went Christmas caroling with a couple of buddies. We were half snapped. We said we were collecting money for a well known charity. We caroled long enough to get enough money for a feast of pizza and beer, and a little left over. We were almost busted when we were asked to enter a house and sing for my buddy's teacher.

i did something like this, but it was with thepit.com , which is like an online stock market site for cards, where value goes up or down based on player performance, but you can request actual delivery of the card. well they had a thing where for everyone you referred you got like a $10 or $20 referral credit to your account after they made their first purchase. so i would refer a new email addy i just created deposit like $10 into that new account, but a cheap card for like $7.50 and then sell it for like $7. id lose like .50 cents to 1 on the transaction, but they would then send my main account the referral bonus. i was really young at the time, probably like 14 or so and only ended up getting caught bc i was dumb and started using famous peoples names for the accounts like bill clinton, michael jordan, etc etc

Few years back, I knew a guy who owned a bar where a bunch of golfers hung out... every year he put on a Charity Golf Tournament and charged these guys $50 or so above the green fees to enter. The only charity that got any money was that guy's back pocket.
