A complete dictator.
Does not mind his own business.
He is a classic legislator of morality like the far right wing republicans who feels like they can tell you how to live your life.
I understand that you want to keep a good public image of your sport, but there is a point where you can go too far and Roger has done this many times.
He is just about turned the NFL into a non contact sport.
Not because he wants it to be safer, only because he wants you to think that he wants it safer.
In one moment he will preach safety, safety, safety, and in the next he will preach wanting an 18 game season.
Then another day he will talk about getting rid of kickoffs, but then at the same time not require players to wear a mouth piece or knee pads.
He is an unreal hypocrite just like a right wing conservative thats against abortion but has a secret affair with women and gets her pregnant and his a secret abortion.
The Saints bounty thing was nothing more then him trying to look like he cares about players safety so he can use that in court when the ex players go after billions.

Where there is smoke there is fire.
Im not saying everything that ref said that went to jail is true, but how could anyone watch that Sacramento/LA series not come to the conclusion that something was very fishy in that series.
