So I've tried this guy called Bob Akmens... I was kind of disapointed, I lost alot of money on his MLB plays.

I'm a horrible capper so I'm looking to buy MLB picks from someone reliable who has a steady record... does someone like this exist? Do any of you guys buy picks from someone like that out there? There are alot of choices amongst cappers but there's no way to verify their record...

Who would you guys suggest?

You are better off checking out The RX tracker forum http://www.therxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=141
You can see who has the best records, as Nothing is changed for picks, Everything is on the Up & Up. Graded by our very own JOH

Also, check out some of the Sports forums here, and see who's doing good.
Ask around... and stay away from Posters that use the "LOCK" word.. or GOY, GOM, etc....

You might see something that "Says" he doing this or that. But if you are not sure, Just ask the Board, others will tell you the Truth.

Best part, it's All FREE

These guys are not professionals. They are great salesmen who can't provide a winning percentage. That's why you'll lose everytime following them. There are better handicappers here at the RX then these scammers.

Also, My thoughts are probably the same with Most out there.

If your Picks are Sooooooo GOOD, why would have to sell Picks ?
I would be able to making enough Money on my own Picks

and as long as I can make My wager and get the Number I want in, I would share the play with anyone for FREE.

I agree... But somehow, am I naive for thinking that there's at least ONE pro handicapper out there that is legit? lol =P

There is.
But the nature of sports betting makes it almost useless even if you do find that one guy.

If you do find that one guy that means he is sharp so it would mean that his bets are made at a line that by the time he releases the pick to you you would get a worse number then he gets.

So not only do you not get to play the game it his number, you also have to pay big bucks for his service.

So now you are fighting juice, worse line, and the service price.

Even if you do find this one guy the deck is still stacked way against you.

The Juice is hard enough to fade if you lose, having to fade the juice + the cost of the scammercapper makes it almost impossible to profit unless you're betting BIG money you may have some good runs but in the end you will lose way more $$$. Like BAS said if their picks were so good and guaranteed winners why would they be selling them. If I were able to figure out a secret or a guaranteed advantage to winning 100% do you honestly think I'm going to share/sell to the public. All you would be hearing about is a guy making BIG $$$$ winning in sports.

There definitely are people who do very well handicapping sports. Yet once they find people willing to pay for their picks they earn the same whether they handicap the game well or simply flip a coin

He is a slippery fella. Like last season he claims to win $xxxx.00 in the NFL or whatever...well that was fine and good but he adds in all his contest winnings and everything else to prop himself up. His real numbers were plus 4k or some shit...very pedestrian when you consider his big plays are for 2k plus. A win is a win, but unless you are betting a grand or two a pick you wont make any money. Past two years I lost money following his picks in the NFL because he doesn't use widely available lines or charge himself -110 juice - of course this was after paying $300 or what the fuck ever for the service. I did do fairly well playing a baseball promo of his recently, but I got those for free...absolutely no reason to ever, ever pay anyone for picks.

There are some legitimate handicappers out there.. but it takes a lot of work to sift thru the scammers and find them. Some sell their picks and some give them away free. Most of the good ones don't advertise much. A lot of them just bet their own picks and don't sell anything.

Read "Gaming the Game" by Sean Griffin. Its the story of how Jimmy Batista was making $millions for the "Computer", the "Chinaman", the "Greek" - all thru making sports bets.

That's awesome, but where can I find a guy like this? I can't trust my own picks, as I've lost alot of money in MLB betting alone, even though I do know alot about baseball (I've been watching baseball since I was a little kid). I do know there's someone out there that can help me (and us) bring the money to the bank...

Any suggestions? =P

i told you i would help you no strings attached. 99% of touts are total junk. there's only maybe 1 or 2 i've ever encountered who i felt were sharp. most touts are really in the marketing business and are not real sports bettors.
i PM'd you a winner earlier today.

for tomorrow 6/18:
