Decided to start a threat with all my picks instead of making a thread for each individual game. So far I'm 2-1 for the season. 1 unit = $100. Let's do this!!

AZ bats been good against the Mariners. And now you get the pitchers edge. Vargas has been abysmal... giving up over 3 earned runs and at least 1 home run in his last 7 starts. Compared with Cahill who has been a beast lately. His last 3 starts they have won by a combined 19-3. I'm going to go with the better pitcher and the better team. Let's see if it works out for once. Tread lightly!

Alright, looking good in AZ. Was able to spend some time looking at some more afternoon plays to get a fuller card. Here's what I'm rocking...

-- Two decent hitting teams against two horrible pitchers. Phillies need to get on a roll here and I think they can keep it up after last nights performance. Rockies 5th in the mlb in runs scored. I'll take my chances.

Tigers (-123) 3.69 units to win 3

-- Westbrook's been struggling, Tigers win 5 of their last 6 and their bats have been live. I like it

Rays/Nationals Under 7 1/2 (-115) 2.3 units to win 2

Red Sox (-150) 3 units to win 2

No problem... I'm one of those non-superstitious bettors where I don't believe in jinxes or any of that other stuff. The game will finish how it finishes regardless of what anyone says!

Early play for 6.21...

Jacob Turner for Detroit making his first start of 2012. He pitched in 3 games in 2011 and allowed 12 runs in 12 innings. I don't know enough about the kid's progress in the past year but I'm going to take my chances with St. Louis and Loche at this time.
