I've been thinking of giving it a shot. Overall, I'm pretty healthy, but might help with my moderate back issues and general well-being.

Anyone have any experiences with it? Did you feel better? Is it expensive?

my girlfriend has herniated disc in her lumbar like howard got surgery for .. instead of spending 10-50k she is getting acupuncture and physio therapy treatments...its working out pretty well.. u kind of have to keep up with it like going to the chiropractor.. but it really is a big help and gives u a renewed feeling in the places u have pain for at least 48-96 hrs.

on a side note.. she found out that the more holistic places with ancient asian practices dont work nearly as well as actual doctors performing it at physio-therapy clinics.

Was skeptical, but back was in such pain that in '04 I tried it. Took a few treatments before responding, and almost gave up, but had a "cupping" treatment, and the next day I was instantly better. It is now 8 years later and for the past four year I go just quarterly for a "tuneup". Had one other cupping session about 5 years ago, and all is well.

Try it, but give it a chance to work (maybe 5-6 sessions the first 3 months).

Works for my wife, but hasn't done much for my knee injury.
