That coffee thread had me thinking. I've been spending about 20+ a week on coffee for the last 3 months or so (Will probably quit soon)

I'd definitely put this as a big $ waster for me. What are the way(s) you waste money?

LMAO! That Costa Rica amnet is pretty fucking rough.

yeah considering I have had the technicians out once a month for the last 6 months fricking dvr boxes keep messing up. Same guys come every month and they still can't figure it out they have replaced them ran a new line from the pole to the house still keeps going out. I've asked for a credit or something seeing I miss about a week of cable every month and they act like im from another planet wanting something pro-rated or discounted.

Without a doubt it would be the cable bill. My 'regular' bill runs about 125 per month but then you throw in all the extras , mlb extra innings package during baseball , espn game plan during football , a few rasslin ppv's per year and an occasional skin flick and i bet i'm over 2500 per year.

My wife bitches about my excessive over-use of paper towels , i go through a roll about every 2 days. I refuse to use a dish cloth and i even use paper towels for straining grease off meats like bacon. I dont know what my thing is for paper towels but i cant operate in a kitchen without them.

Seems like your bro is probably a lost cause, old habits die hard. I'd definitely tell your kids if they want you helping them out to atleast be donating to their IRAs or something. Atleast not spending at the bar what you are saving them.

I almost forgot, one of my most expensive vices is UConn athletics. From donations to tickets to traveling.

I could save a lot of money by watching all that TV I'm paying for

drinking out instead of in... crazy that two pints and tip at the bar costs me more than a 6pack of the same thing at home
