You have an election coming up in November. A huge one right?

Here's my question. Does this guy deserve another 4 years? If so, then why?

or maybe another way to ask the question is ... Are you excited to see him re-elected?

Even if he wins it will be 4 more years of this same shit...nothing happening at all. What has he managed to get accomplished so far??? His healthcare shit is going to be shot down, we are still involved in meaningless wars, and the economy is still hurting. Did I miss anything?

that's says a lot for sure. so what happened to all this hope and change? Why do you think he wants to run again? Better yet perhaps, why does he feel he deserves another term?

C'mon, what politician will turn down a chance to run for as long as possible.

Too bad this board is 99.9% conservative, you'll only get one type of answer.

yes from what I gathered so far, this board is mostly conservative so I didn't want to make it a liberal vs conservative thing necessarily (yes I know that would be tricky) but rather reasons why do you think that Obama supports (which there will be millions) will vote for him in a few months. Is it really working? I think he is a good family man from what I see but is he the best thing for the USA for the next 4 years?

He has very little chance, only 2% of his voters last time need to change their minds this time, it will be more than that. Obama will lose. Having said that, it will come down to the electoral college, he will lose a couple % at least in several swing states that he narrowly won last time, it wont take much to stick a fork in him.

Given the state of the world economy, do you think things will be different / better with another leader?

As disappointing as Obama has been, this country will not elect a Mormon.

I dont know, most people dont regard Obama as smart anymore, do they? They've pretty much seen that he's a nice talking head with a teleprompter, Obama didn't really win his debates with stupid Bush, he will no doubt fare worse against Romney.

The economy is weakening even now, 4 years into Obamas presidency, unemployment is above 8%(with real unemployment even higher), the housing market is still in the dumps

Explain why Romney is a douche?

His specialty has been to take over failed businesses and fix them. I'd say the U.S. government is a massive failed business!

You want to talk about a douche....listen to Barrack Obama talk for two or three minutes! The elitist, condescending, arrogance is too much for me to stomach for much more than sixty seconds.

I do think Obama will get re-elected(I live in DC)....but I'm still a dreamer and have hope it won't happen.

He may want to only raise taxes on the "rich".... But he's getting the average Joe elsewhere; gas was $1.84 when he went into office. "green energy" = higher taxes

Do you think the fact that the global economy collapsed in 2008 might have had something to do with that? There are many things to ding Obama about, but to use gas prices is silly and dishonest.
