I would be able to go a Mile... But think that's about it.

Don't really prefer to jog either. Only jog really to warm up. Then, it's all types of crazy routines. Jump roping is where it is at.

They say Jumping Rope is one of the Best exercises.

In the Summer months or when I'm down in FL, I Swim a lot, which is also one of the top exercises.

Jump rope and swimming are definitely key. Never been big on swimming though and even grew up with a pool in my own backyard. Have a community pool now, but hit it up for the scenery more than anything. :)

Things I hate that are great exercises... burpies, star jumps, and frog jumps. I'll hush now. geting wor out already hinkin about it for later.

I was about to say everyone needs to be careful in this heat. It will grab the best f us at an instant no matter how good your overall physical condition is. Stay hydrated, and don't be afraid to cut your activities short if your not feeling it.

13.5 (ran a half marathon last year) but I really dont' like to run that far.

I run between 3-4 miles pretty hard 2-3 days a week depending on my other workouts. I don't like to run further than that and think running hard is better than running long

That's great Coach, good luck! As I'm busy with 3 young kids I don't know how I could possibly find time to train for a full marathon, a half I can somewhat wing it, no way on a full
