Now that the NBA Finals are over, the amount of public money being bet on baseball will see a nice uptick. As a result, the price on marquee teams (esp Yankees, Angels, Rangers, Tigers) and pitchers will be inflated. Also, don't be surprised to see heavier juice on a total or a 1/2 run uptick on totals for the marquee games.
It happens every year and begins to cool off towards late August when the public shifts their focus towards football.
