I think RA will do well the first time through the batting order, but the Yanks will make him throw a lot of pitches and try to get to the pen.

I like Mets for 1st 5 innings.

this total goes way over today.

both teams will have a batathon imo

boston used to throw wakefield ball to yanks and yanks figured out how to light it up some nights.. I think tonight is more of the same but sabathia gives up 4 or 5 as well.

7-4 final

I'll go with under: They managed just 6 hits in 11IP last year against him and he's throwing way better this year. He (and CC) should also profit a ton from Brian Runges usually, amazingly large strikezone. They'll probably take pitches to chase him out of the game, but with Dickeys control (and Runges zone), that seems like a bad gameplan since they would constantly fall behind in the count.

Do you think the Dickey ship has run its
Course? Betting against him profitable down the stretch?

Just saying: 2.87 ERA with a 1.12 WHIP after last years all-star break (3.61 / 1.32 before the break).
He'll probably regress a bit, but normally he should be better during summer time (heat + humidity) than f.e. April.

I find him to be a total wild card. 37 yr old knuckleballer who gave up 6 hr the night he debuted the pitch a few years ago. Such an awesome run!
