With a newer website redesign, i'm unable to chat or contact them via online. I tried to get a payout twices, and it cancelled me both, not sure what were the reason ....messages were sent, but no response either .... if anyone knew a phone number or direct email to customer service, I would appreciate!

ttuboki, in case you're not aware, Sportsbetting.ag was just purchased by BetOnline: http://www.therxforum.com/showthread.php?t=911401

I suspect this is causing some issues.

I will try to contact them and see what's going on.

when did this happen holmes?

interesting news in the gambling world.

this definitely makes sportsbetting.ag money become better chances of getting paid right?

betonline ... i rarely play there.. but during football they have always had one huge advantage of playing there (from what I noticed).. its one of the only sites that lets u bet freeplay on ANY +dog.. u can even take all +10000 ones for 10$ and hope one hits. lol.. (not recommended) but my point is if u have freeplay there, save it for when u take a +14 dog in foots or +7 or higher nba or cbb dog and then backup ur straight bet with a dog bet for small on the ml.. ur rooting for the outright win and a safe win on ur bet anyway.. may as well :toast:

anyone out there have info on any other books that are "legit/top rated" that allow this kind of bet with fp? (i.e. dogs above +200)

Acquisition was just announced yesterday. Hopefully it will help clear up the payout problems Sportsbetting.ag has been having.

does any one here able to make a bet on this newer re-design website? I tried to make a bet just now, and not sure why it is not going thru as pending wager ....

ps: Customer Support Agent emaiedl and said that the payout information is not available yet, they are currently working on it and there is no time frame to get the information in the system. Yike!!

I have spoken with a representative at BetOnline, but have been unable to get through to anyone at Sportsbetting.ag.

SB is obviously in transition as a result of the purchase, which is probably the reason for the delays. In the long run, the takeover by BetOnline should be a good thing for Sportsbetting players.

Perhaps the best thing you can do is try to be patient for the time being.

Received an email from Sportsbetting.ag last night. Apparently they are in the process of updating their player database. As a result, some players are not able to access their accounts (this is the case for my account).
