torrentleech more difficult but possible even w/ moderate connection speed and no seedbox.

bitorrent - protocol used for sharing movies, music, and apps etc
the non-publis/(more)safe sites require one to have an invite code to join from an existing member

i have been a member of this site for three years now and enjoy it very much and would like to share these invites with my fellow gamblers
