A few reasons why I think Toronto +118 is a solid wager.

CHW doesnt fare as well vs LHP, well a .26 dropoff compared to righties. Cecil has been solid for the most part, one bad start.

Axelrod on 3 days rest because they are resting Sale for ALL STAR game.
