Bill Elliott has run 828 NASCAR races during his career and says Saturday night's race at Daytona is probably his last. "The way I go this day and time, it could be my last race." Elliott started 6th in the Coke Zero race and finished 37th winning $87,780.
Elliott has not run a full season since 2003, and now enjoys working with his 16 year old son (Chase), who is a developmental driver for Hendrick Motorsports.
"Awesome Bill from Dawsonville" was fun to watch back in the late 80s. He and brother Ernie had one heck of a race team and won a lot of big races.
