there are several matchups that people will be intrested in watching in week 1 of the nfl season but which one do you think people will be most involved in.

dallas/giants-this game opens up the 2012 season on wednesday night and will be watched by everyone but is it the most interesting game opening week

falcons/chiefs-interesting matchup here as the falcons have been a team that everyone have been expecting and waiting for to be that breakthru top team in the nfl yet they have failed to do so,will this be their year?chiefs-a team showing that they are on the rise, winning the afc west 2 years ago and decimiated by injuries to key personell last season but made some nice pickups in the off season so are they ready to make a major move this season, who knows.

niners/packers-two major powers in the nfl thats for sure as both disappointed many in the playoffs last season so who will show their muscles opening week and make a big statement to the rest of the nfl.looks like a great one week one.

steelers/broncos-okay another interesting matchup in a rematch of the divisional playoff teams from last year with interesting changes made in the offseason.in a game all will be interested to watch due to peyton manning returning to the nfl after missing all of last season and now with a new team can he rise to the occasion and take denver to the playoffs and make some heads turn in week 1 against the steelers.pittsburgh who also had some changes with people moving to different places and some new faces moving to pittsburgh could they bounce back and be that dominate power in the afc once again.

chargers/raiders-last but not least the new look san diego chargers and the somewhat new look oakland raiders meet in the second half of the opening monday nite doubleheader.raiders believe that with carson palmer being the starting qb from game one now that he can take them to the top of the afc west.the raiders must hope for a healthy mcfadden to get them there too as bush is gone so the heavy load will be all on him to open up the passing game for palmer and the raiders to make some noise.the chargers on the other hand lost vincent jackson but still have some potent recievers for rivers to throw to and if gates and rb matthews are completely healthy they believe they can make it back to the playoffs and possibaly go to the super bowl.

okay there you have it as far as i can see for week 1 in the nfl,to me the game i am most interested in watching is the niners/packers as it should be a dandy to open the nfl season for 2012......so what game are you most interested in watching? please share your thought and comments as it will be here before you know it.

I was thinking 49ers/Packers too. I have a future on the 49ers to win it all.

Most interesting?

Steelers at Broncos. I think everyone is very interested to see Peyton's first game in a Broncos uni. The fact that its a rematch of last years first round matchup adds a little intrigue as well.

I got it at 6-1 at Cal Neva, they're odd are usually pretty decent but 49ers are kind of the fan favorite team in Reno.

Would agree with SF/GB, 49ers bring back pretty much anybody, picked up some help at WR and I like the addition of James to their backfield. Should be a great matchup of two very different playing styles.
Of corse watching Peyton with his new team, the new look of PIT, how KC is doing with guys like Berry back (but also after losing their starting corners) and the ever-lasting rivalry between the Giants & Cowboys...I really like the week1 matchups, on paper looking like a very interesting week1.
Another week1 game I'm looking forward is WSH/NO: Not nearly as much hype as the ones mentioned above, but to me it will be interesting to see how RG3 is doing in his 1st NFL game (on the road, though playing in a dome should help him thanks to his speed) and how the Saints fare against a decent defense like the Skins without Payton at the sidelines.
