The Chicago Cubs have signed their first round draft pick Albert Almora according to Jim Callis of Baseball America. Almora received a $3.9 million bonus from the Cubs. The value for the sixth overall pick is $3.5 million.
Callis adds that Almora, who signed out of High School, has a lot of “tools and polish.”
