What the goriest injury you've ever had? bloody, etc ..

When I was about 10 crashed my bike into a friend's bike and my lip split open to a degree that witnesses said blood was just spurting out in front of me like a fountain. Blood was pooled on the sidewalk and a trail of blood followed me as I ran home. When i entered my house screaming, my mother thought my face was gone b/c there was so much blood. They rammed a sweatshirt over my face (non face!) and raced me to the hospital. Everyone was completely freaked out and no one knew what the hell was going on until the surgeon cleaned my face off, found the source of the spurting blood, and stitched me up. It's a neighborhood classic story where I grew up.

Also snapped the femur head in half while skiing a few years ago. Aka.. broken hip. I cannot imagine more pain being possible to the human body.

I am guessing this forum has some gnarly, bloody injuries... lets hear it ..

had a neighborhood kid throw a brick at my head and it basically exploded into a blood bath...was about 9 and calmly walked upstairs to my apt to show my mother and she freaked out....around 20 stitches...

but most painful was torn ACL...that was a fucking nightmare

Nothing bloody sadly, lol.

How about a shattered heel bone, or a broken foot from white water rafting.

Had an infected nutsack that oozed puss and blood after my vasectomy.
