I had deposited $15,000 at wsex in Sep'2010. However, soon after I wanted to stop betting and withdraw my balance which was slightly over $15,000 at that time. Its been 2 years and they still have not sent me a penny. When I called them, they told me they are having issues and now they have stopped responding to my emails.

I have never been cheated like this in my life. I was unaware of the reputation of wsex when I opened account there. Moreover, I am having financial difficulties at this time and I really need my money back (just the deposit I made). I would appreciate if you could help me in any way or suggest ways to get money back. I obviously cannot approach this legally in US

You should try to withdraw in installments, like a grand now, a grand next month. With football season starting, your best chance to get the money back will be within the next couple of months. Nobody here has the power to help unfortunately, due to WSEX being uncooperative with anyone who tries to mediate.

Last i read WSEX owed over $2 million to players.. In other words your money was gone 2 seconds after you sent it...Sorry to hear they are still finding people to steal from but its not like its not all over the internet that they dont pay..

I would be happy to get $100 in installments at this point of time. Its been 2 years and they haven't sent me a penny. I made these deposits using personal checks and had I used my credit card, I would have been able to dispute them. I am in such a mess due to this betting adventure of mine. I would do anything to try and get my money back, but I don't know how.

they went from a book with a great reputation and used that reputation
to defraud players like you in an attempt to stay in business. if this
were a truly regulated business, there would be owners and employees
at WSEX who should and would be facing criminal charges. in addition,
players like you and me would be better protected from places like WSEX.
i understand businesses going under, but to continue to stay operating
and misrepresenting themselves to players like you is as low as it gets.

a few payouts trickle out, but unfortunately it has looked for years that these payments are made by new customers like yourself deposit funds.

it looks like a broke pyramid scheme at this point

Sounds like Lenny at Cascade. but since Jay is not part of the company any longer, why is everyone picking on him? Boy, WSEX used to be such a good book and even paid track odds to a person betting the Derby even though their rules stated otherwise.

I have tried contacting WSEX repeatedly (email and phone) regarding this case (Samit sent me an email in April) and another case. I have yet to get a reply from WSEX.
