I just can not trust Haren. But nothing is ever a lock so I think over 8 could be the safest bet in this game.

This one is about as fishy as it gets, both side and total. Harrison has great numbers. Haren has subpar numbers and coming off the DL, and the Rangers are barely favored??

As far as the total goes, The most heavily one-sided OVER ump in baseball this season (18Over/1Under) is behind the plate and the juice is one the UNDER 8??

Yeah that is my line from a local. I have no clue what it is at bookmaker, 5 dimes, justbet, or other shops.
