Over. Why not. Swartzs 4th season now with the team. Records gotten better every year. 10 wins last season. Jahvad Best will be back. More balanced of fence this time around. Stafford and Johnson should be dynomite.

Yeah but who is going to play D. There is secondary is one injury away from being on par with LSU and their d-line is overrated. They have to play the Pack and Bears. Best is one hit to the head from being permanently retired. He missed the entire second half with a concussion and still is not cleared to practice for training camp 8 months later because of a head injury? On top of all that you expect a couple more players to be arrested becuase the Lions are slowlly

Third best in their conference. How often does the third best conference team have 10 wins?

Sorry I meant to say after all of that I do expect the Lions to get 10-11 wins. They catch a break and play the 2 worst divisions in the NFL, the NFC West and AFC South, so it should get them over the 9 win mark. I tried to edit the above post but timed out. Damn fat fingers on my iPad.

I hope it is more than 9 but I just can't see it. I would take the under 9. No running game at all. Jahvid Best on the PUP list, Leshoure coming off of the Achilles injury and suspended for the 1st 2 games and basically a rookie which leaves only Kevin Smith as your back. They will again have to throw the ball most of the time. I just do not see them with over 9 wins. I hope I am wrong.

Like the Lions and their talent but have to go under here. Tough division and they are a Stafford or Megatron injury away from 5-11.

I say barring injury they do go 8-8 or 9-7 at best. Don't see them hitting 10 even with ideal conditions.

I bet the Lions to win it all at 16-1. Don't really believe they will win the Super Bowl but do believe they have a real good shot at making the playoffs and if they do, I will start to hedge my bet.

You think they are better than the Packers and the Bears? If yes you're crazy. If no then you think 2 wild cards will come from the NFC North...given how good the East is I don't see that happening. Arguably they could have a better year than the Bears, I temper the fact that I think the Bears are far superior team with the fact that I am a homer...
