I feel that there is good value in the early rounds, unlike many sports, capping tennis stays pretty much the same because primarily the same players that play on the WTA and ATP week to week will be making up the draws in the Olympics.
Then there is the added motivation of these same Pro's playing for their countries.

What I am looking for in these early rounds are players that I have been following and have a good track record of recent activity.

Here are a few early matches that I like.

Francesca Schiavone -150 (5 Dimes) is playing Klara Zakopalova and they just played at Wimbledon less than a month ago on grass at the same venue and Francesca won 6-0 6-4.
Francesca is older and at the tail end of her career, however she is ranked higher and has won the French Open two year's back and she performs reasonably well on grass. She will be motivated and I like this spot today for her, plus at her age this will be her last Olympics so she will put forth her best effort.

Dominika Cibulkova -135 is playing Tsvetana Pironkova. Dominka is ranked 13Th in the world
and more has a very good year going for herself, however more importantly she won last week in Los Angeles against a tuff player in Marion Bartoli. This lady is short at 5'3 but she has a lot of fight and grit to her game.

A. Murray and his Brother Jonathen Murray -180 is palying J.melzer / A. peya. in doublkes.
Home country - Olympics - family and friends and comfort levels very high and all on a grass surface.

My picks
Francesca Schivanone -150
Dominka Cibulkova -135
Andy and Jonathan Murray -180
