did general rules apply or was it just for penn state what happened to the players and school.
Now we know how thousands came to the usa years ago, are we gonna now say that the americans of today are not americans because your mother or father or grandfather were not suppose to be here so then you not really american,
Or, your father did something really bad, and he was the head of the household, and you got lessons from him, he helped you with homework etc, so your graduation from high school is null and void because of that,
or maybe a cop get busted for something are all the persons he arrested before gonna be set free, or a teacher or principal get charged for something are all the students and diplomas no good?
Some things might seem a bit far fetched here, but the argument is doable.
