i watched both semifinals. federer played one of the best matches ever vs del po who didnt lose his service all match until @ 10-10 in the 3rd and then to lose the match. del po was serving amazing and so was federer. now im not sure if feds can keep up that crazy service but i think he still has some aces left in the tank. that is not to take anything away from andy murray though, as he served very well in his duel with the djoker. novak had some windows of opportunity to break andy but did not capitalize...i believe feds will. wimbledon is actually rogers home, certainly not andys, hes from scotland!!!federer demoralized andy and made him cry at the wimbledon finals. andy should bring some tissues this time because i do not see him beating arguably the best player of all time for GOLD! Roger is the #1 player in the world at age of 30 for a reason!!!! he wants this piece of hardware in the cabinet, as olympic gold trumps a lot of those us open grand slams if u ask me!federer for the W, tempted to take -2.5 service games, but will go with federer ml @ -146 amerian odds. best of luck.

Right with you; think -146 is a little low the way Federer's been playing lately and the way he torched him in the Wimbledon final.

egg and crow on my face. federer seemed to be tired and out of sorts... andy played well, but fed played pretty terrible. i think all the matches this week caught up with him. im never starting a thread again.gg.
