If you have a problem or complaint that you dont feel is being handled properly by regular customer service emails you can send to DAD@pokerstars.eu.....This addy will have someone higher up the food chain read it 1st and then sent to the proper people to handle it. Sometimes the regular cust service emails just send form letter type replies , using this addy will get you a personal response..
