They say imitation is the biggest compliment. Other than that, what's the problem?-- it's not as if anyone is profiting off the alleged plagiarism.
If you're truly worried about someone re-posting your picks as their own, you can always post them just minutes before the game start or something along those lines.
Even more exciting would be a heads-up handicapping challenge between the two (setting up an escrow account and pick deadlines etc)...
Or-- get used to it! LOL This is forum is designed for people help others make more loot. I'd imagine the the pick/insight someone posts here probably assists in someone else posting the same pick.
