Just had the worst customer experience ever with a rep at Sportbet named Fred. Basically told me to go F myself after I complained my western union deposit was taking to long which it was. He actually said it was my fault for closing the chat window even though I had provided all of the information and waited over 15 minutes before I closed the window. When I called to complain about Fred's attitude and asked to speak with his supervisor I was told I can speak with Fred. I said I did not need to speak with Fred and was told that's fine and I will be transferred to his supervisor. Of course I am then transferred to Fred who just talks over me and wants to give me a lesson in manners. I told him I will be posting on the RX which he then went on and on how I can't hurt him and that he is sooooo worried about that. Just completely disgraceful. I have been with Sportbet for the last 5 or 6 months and have made thousands and thousands of dollars in deposits and this is how I am treated. What a joke. I have made my very last deposit with them.

It had been 90 minutes and it hadn't been picked up yet which was my concern. when the rep started blaming me that really got me annoyed. I simply said the money has been there for 90 minutes and to pick up so I can have it available for the 12:10 game. it turned into a whole thing when the Fred started baiting me instead of simply saying I'm on it or we'll take care of it. Just ridiculous.
