sportsbook.com and superbook.com

i know that that these two books are sort of the same in regards to
software, policies, and maybe more. however my question is this.
are these 2 sportsbooks superbook.com and sportsbook.com exactly
the same as each other as far as ownership and payouts (i guess that
would make one a skin) or are there any differences between the two?

I wouldn't play at either one of them unless there is New ownership

Supposedly they are owned by a German Corporation and a new party has taken over in Germany which is thinking/rumored/whatever to be about to revoke all German gaming licenses. I certainly wouldnt risk a penny in any of their books right now. Also payout complaints are coming in almost daily at SBR. Some waiting now over 90 days...

They where having some processor issues several months ago, but there have been many people saying payouts are arriving in 10 days or less now from Sportsbook...
