I cannot imagine it is, but what if that was the only base runner...

what about situation as described above and then a double play on the next play.....so 27 batters still.

What about on the last out needed for a perfect game, a pop fly is hit and the ball hits a bird in the air and the ball lands on the ground? Is it recorded as a hit?

As long as the bird was in fair territory, yes, should be a hit ...neither a perfect game, nor a pop fly, but still:
