Exactly what happened to me. Was selling all my old cell phones on EBAY so the payments were obviously cash.
For no good reason they told me there was a 21 day hold for like...300 bucks.
After then doing a bit of research and realizing it's a trick to get the interest on the money whilst it's in their bank I never used them again.
Was the other user and paypal. Sent tickets to the guy with delivery confirmation......he told PP he never got the tickets and the signature was fraudulant...they launch investigation and found in his favor?????? I had to do all the leg work to get my money..dude was a ticket broker and pulled this scam many times. It was only 800 bucks but i wasnt letting this fucker get away with it.
