Wednesday: 1-0, + 2.3 units. White Sox -1 had plus money, although I would have been smarter to take the ML.
Detroit. RL (-145). One unit. Ridiculously high RL, but J A Happ looks like another NL pitcher who won't cut it in the AL. Fielder and Baker have seen Happ in the NL, and can prepare teammates for how to get to him. Both players hit him well in the NL. Verlander has poor lifetime stats vs. Toronto, but very good ones against the Jays in Thursday's lineup. Besides, this Toronto team is looking consistently bad trying to hit off of mediocre pitchers. Got to also remember that the Tigers playoff spot is definitely not for sure- and all these games are important. To lose to the Jays with your ace on the mound would probably piss off the fans, Leyland and the players themselves.
