Way to injury prone. His style does not fit well in the NFL. He gets hit way more than a QB should. When he is healthy I have to admit he is fun to watch ...

Short answer is yes.

I think they fell in love with the story of the comeback. CFB fan is right...hes way too injury prone and it will never stop because he doesn't know how to just slide and end a play. Its instinctive to try to keep making a play and it won't end. I love watching him play. Most exciting guy in the NFL, but he won't win a title.

I doubt Philly needed a guy to fill the stands. So thats not a good argument

Fun to watch? It would be fun to strap about 15lbs of prime rib to his ass and turn him loose through a lions den, that would be "fun to watch"

BB, I am assuming you are talking about the dog fighting. I do not disagree with you there. But I also feel he paid for his crimes, more so than most.

actually it doesn't sum it up. he has been getting hurt often and sooner than later he will stay hurt. Yes is the answer to the question, simple.

Exactly, Vick's contract was back end loaded and will be cut after this year and save the Eagles a bundle.

Vick is due $16.5 million next year. Anything less than playing a full season and taking his team to the conference championship game means good bye Vick and hello Foles.

...and if Vick goes, I would not be surprised to see Andy Reid gone as well. They've developed a father-son relationship.

No, because we didn't take on all that much risk. We can say bye-bye after this season. If he winds up playing 16 games, we're an NFC front-runner and the deal looks genius. If he gets hurt, like usual, and we simply play again this year and not win, well, I really like Foles.
