You are paying Journey $500,000 in 2012 to do a show but you want me to believe that you are fiscally responsible and that you can "fix" our country's economic woes if elected in :smoking:

Yea I know I have tickets to see them here in Louisiana I was told today the concert was cancelled.
Now I know why.
At least it took big bucks to get them to cancel

yea.. you clowns and homos use your lol's (as if any grown man with a pair would ever type that) fact of the matter is that Journey is one of the greatest ever bands and have nothing but sold out tours year after year no matter who the singer is....Fact! Here is your proof...

just last year....

Journey soars to the top of the Hot Tours rankings with box office grosses reported from outdoor amphitheaters and arenas during the North American summer leg of the Eclipse Tour. After launching the tour in late February, the band played Latin American and European dates during the spring before kicking off its U.S. and Canadian schedule in mid-July. The $21 million in box office grosses included in this week's tally come from 33 one-off performances that occurred from July 23 through the end of September. The largest crowd during the summer trek came from the Chicago market with 20,688 in attendance on July 30 at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in city of Tinley Park. The top-grossing venue was the 19,900-seat Comcast Center in Mansfield, Mass. on Aug. 12. The Boston-area outdoor amphitheater brought in $962k from 15,470 tickets sold.

So far on this tour they have sold 432,240 out of 561,840 seats...Not bad...Hence the #1 ranking...

this was last year almost to the date..

TAMPA — Mitt Romney's presidential campaign denied a TMZ report that the soon-to-be GOP nominee paid $500,000 to bring the band Journey to Tampa to perform at the Republican National Convention.
Asked whether the report is true, a Romney spokesperson said, "no."
Journey is set to perform in Tampa on Thursday night at an event space near the Tampa Bay Times Forum, but the concert is not sponsored by Romney.
"Liberty Plaza, benefiting Citizens Helping Heroes, hired Journey to play outside the RNC convention at a private venue," said Ron Bonjean, a spokesman for the RNC convention event space.

Southern Tribute IV Party at Liberty Plaza Events will benefit Citizens Helping Heroes, a non-political, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting those who “selflessly defend our collective freedoms, primarily through their military service to our country.”

Anyway... beside the point i am sure everyone at this concert will be better than some of the ones that have lyric's etc inciting cop killing dope smoking and pill popping and sitting back collecting money from the government to live...
