My brother in law lives in Florida, but works in Cali.
While out in Cali he had a retinal detachment and cannot fly back due to the air pressure. I may be flying out to Cali, and driving him to the pan handle of Florida. About a 40 hour drive. Not counting, traffic, sleeping, stops, ect.
Anyone have experience driving cross country, what was your experience like?

Last weekend: 570 miles to New Mexico, hang out a few hours, drive back home.
Something like 24 out of 32 hours on the road. Almost 48 hours without sleep. Probably not the safest choice. Six Liters Diet Mtn Dew, four Liters coffee, five diet pills
A woman invited me. But she wasn't there. I ate pizza instead. Definitely worth it

hno:Drove alone non-stop from Rhode Island to Michigan(about 1,000 miles) about 30 years ago. Left about 6PM after working all day and got to my destination about 10am the next morning. Also drove non-stop one time from RI to Florida(also about 1,000). Since moving to Indiana 22 years ago, we have made the trip back to RI about once a year. Again thats about 1,000 miles and a 16 hour trip one way...
