As with most cities, the crack heads would literally give you a blo job for ten bucks.
As for the high end stuff, I think seven figures would def be attainable for a real good looker who was dealing predominately with multi multi millionaires.
The interesting part at that point would be the washing of the money.
Washing it would be tough, for sure. It's very hard to rent even an apartment without some job history and credit checks.
I guess you could buy a very inexpensive ( like under 50k) home, condo,trailer without raising too many eyebrows....can't be buying 100k BMW's and such.
I guess you could just put on your 1040.....
Prostitute and pay taxes ? I wouldn't do it, but it would be similar to how a local bookie or drug dealer could explain his wealth to the IRS.
You'd pay everything possible in cash like bills, food, gas, etc.....but that cash would keep building up living low. I think you'd have to get it offshore slowly, then get yourself out of the country.
