My nfl redzone channel is not working on fios???

I have the highest package offered just for this channel.

Is anyone else having a problem today with the NFL Red Zone Channel?

I have a still picture of players that says NFL Redzone.

I have tried to call them for an hour and keep getting disconnected on their end . Live chat not working either.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's days like this that I'm glad I kept DTV as well as Fios

But yes, spoke to Verizon and they are have tech problems.
held on the phone for 40 mins, after being hung up on 4 times and Live chat doesn't work.

They said they would get it up as soon as possible.
I Told them that I am now looking for some Credit ?? They said once it's fixed, call back and they will adjust something.
