Do you really think that Tom Brady could do what Peyton Manning did tonight?

How he adjust at the line. How he controls the offense. This guys football IQ is through the roof. He manages every play and every position on his side of the ball. And you really believe Brady could do what Manning does?

That's why I can never let this argument go. I believe Manning is the greatest QB to ever play the game for these reasons.

Both Mannings are excellent and Peyton may be the best of his generation but nobody can define the best player of all time without the wisdom of Methusalah - I will grant you that Peyton is an awesome quarterback and merits consideration alongside all of the great quarterbacks of all-time !

But to answer the question yes Manning is the greatest ever, and his brother never was and never will be in the same universe as Peyton no matter how many times the media tries to shove that shit down our face.

Does the media give out Super Bowl rings? How many times did Peyton have a better team than Eli? There is no way to compare football players but by opinions which will vary as much as there are people! Who here can say Y A Title wasn't the best quarterback of all time? Sammy Baugh, Johnny U , etc. etc. ?

I'd agree with someone saying "Peyton Manning is the smartest quarterback to ever play the game. But he is not the greatest.

Brady picked apart the Steelers D his whole career. A fuckin blind monkey with a bad arm can see the Steelers defense plays off Polumolu. Never mind a tired Steelers D suckin wind thats playin in Denver in the second half in the first game.
Brady was doing more with less for over half his career.Fuckin Brady played in more super bowls than a lot of teams have played playoff games in last ten tears.

Manning is just a lot more animated when making his reads and adjustments

and it's Brady that played in multiple systems with multiple styles. I'm pretty sure this is Peyton's 2nd OC

in any event, both great QB's heading to the HOF. To suggest Brady doesn't make reads is silly

How many super bowl rings does each have? That to me says Brady is one hell of a QB ... He has proven himself to be one of the greatest ever ~ as has manning.

Brady has 17 postseason wins most all time. Look what he did when he had a hall of fame wide receiver in moss. Peyton had two at once. Not to mention Peyton played indoors for at least 8 games a year.
