In an effort to pay down my fresca tab, Ken has recruited me to make Mexican food for his Monday night football promo.

On the menu tonight:

Carne Guisada Tacos: It's cubed steak meat slow cooked in vegetables and spices. Ingredients: Beef, onions, bell pepper, one jalepeno, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, bay leaves, beef stock, tomato paste, and a couple things I can't remember. Served on soft taco shells (flour tortillas).

Seasoned Ground Beef Tacos: Hard shell tacos with garnish.

Homemade tex mex tomato salsa

Fresh Guacamole

Jack/cheddar mix cheese

Cilantro

Homemade Mexican rice.

Chips and some other stuff I can't remember
