Try Crown and Anchor on Trop (take a cab) or the Queen Victoria in the Riviera. Both of them will be showing the City game. Riviera book (Lucky's/William Hill) should have the matches on the board but you may have to bet them the day before due to the time difference.

Both places have good food and good pints and should be hopping on weekend mornings with the football crowd.

I dont think you'll have much luck with rugby

I used to see a small but loyal crowd watching soccer at the Palms early in the morning before Palms was a cantor book. and I think cantor books have soccer lines. palazzo is also a cantor book

william hill would be a good place to check out. there are many william hill books now
