Let's hear your DMV Horror stories.....

I'll start. They screwed up my mileage on my title on my "Motorcycle" ( A 150cc Vespa Scooter is a motorcycle in Ct and I guess also in most places ?).

So THEY put in my marker plate # as the mileage, that number is 901,*** as in close to a million miles, actual was 5,300 miles, and issue the title that way.

Sometimes I don't even open title stuff to check it over, glad I did here....and I always will in the future. So I got the flawed title about a month ago, I first called my insurance agent, then DMV ( DaMnV)....an hour on hold with those Fuckers before they tell me I need to send them $35 and fillout an SR47stroke19J form.. and send it in.

I go to the local DaMnV office to get the SR47/19Jand explain it to the clerk in the info line at the first line, she sends me to a supervisor....nice woman that sees it my way and says it's their misteak, takes my paperwork and promises me a correct title in a couple of weeks.

After a few weeks I get it all back telling me the mileage is correct, so I go back today and start it all over again.

I'd like to get 900,000 miles out of anything, let alone a 150 cc Motorcycle !

I spent a summer working for my friend at a church camp in California. He wanted me to drive the bus so I study for the exam. I get an appointment.

I go down to the DMV and tell them I have an appointment. They say they scheduled 3 people for appointments but there are only 2 guys to go out on the driving test. They said they do that because people make appointments and don't show up.

So I have to reschedule my appointment even though I was there ahead of time just because 2 guys showed up on time for earlier appointments before me.

I need better than that one, QL !

that's like an airline overbooking.....but you don't get a free flight.
