I haven't been there yet. I have given up on AC. I come up by you to Mohegan sun. They treat me good, and the drive a hell of a lot better.

They learned the hard way..the

They started out with no comps, then went with comping bogota players, now they are comping others.

Place was on the empty side ... Or you can say half empty compared to others.

Also remember, this is totally non smoking. I can see ht changing as well

8 beers with any kind of tip at all is a hundred bucks.

Had an apple and a OJ one morning in the lobby bar, it was 14 dollars.

While eating dinner one night, I looked at the wine list. Many selections over 10k a bottle, they had one that came in at 26k.

Gave up a long time ago on AC , then though I was there for New Years
Been to Vegas twice since then and plan a Oct. trip.

at the Atlantis, might help if you can trade a timeshare. Other timeshares are also nearby

food is crazy, but Huskyboy and his friends would take a short cab ride into town and eat with the locals (they loved it)

flights to Bahamas are usually cheap from the east coast, but not during peak times like Thanksgiving

anyway, bagel and cream cheese $12 bucks, think the OJ back then was $7 or $8

Don't get me wrong.. The Place is a Gem. But you could go Broke before you even see the casino

friends went there with flight and room paid for by the employer

they still spent 5k for a week for a family of four, and they're not gamblers

It was nice, no doubt. Nicest i have ever been to, but I'll never go again, during peak season.

In some ways the resort was TO BIG, IMO.

I felt like a hillbilly. Eating dinner and these yachts would be parked there, with crews of 3 that LIVED on them, talk to the waiter and they would say "we have never seen that boat even move, the owner never comes here, but they want it ready at all times in case they do".

Bottle of plunk wine started at 225.

ummmmmmmmm ok.
