They are +160 right now. Chris Carpenter making his first start of the season today so he will likely only throw about 80 pitches, meaning a long day for the bullpen. Shelby Miller likely will get some work out of the pen (a rookie who only has a few appearances). Also, the Cardinals have been a BAD road team all season. I think there is good value on Chicago this afternoon.
